Where We Ship
We ship Roake Waka kits worldwide, subject to the restrictions described in this policy. Some products and some destinations are limited or unavailable, and our checkout will identify your region and remove any items or countries we cannot ship to.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are set out below. These are estimates and can be affected by customs, carrier delays and remote locations. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- New Zealand: 2 to 5 business days.
- Australia: 5 to 10 business days.
- United States and Canada: 10 to 18 business days.
- Europe and the United Kingdom: 10 to 18 business days.
- Asia-Pacific: 7 to 14 business days.
Shipping Charges and Free Shipping
Shipping is charged at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Standard-weight orders over USD 200 qualify for free standard shipping.
Large and heavy items, such as inflatable boats and stand-up paddleboards, carry an additional weight-based shipping charge that is calculated and shown at checkout, and may apply even where the free-shipping threshold is met.
Restricted and Prohibited Destinations
Some materials used in water sports equipment are subject to transport restrictions. This can include certain marine adhesives, CO2 inflation cylinders, and some life-saving materials, which carriers and regulations restrict for shipping to or through some countries.
Our checkout automatically detects your region and blocks items or destinations we are unable to ship to. If a product is unavailable for your country, it cannot be added to your order or will be removed before payment.
Import Duties and Taxes
Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any import duties, taxes, customs fees or charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering, as these charges are set by your local authorities and are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after dispatch.
Non-Delivery and Failed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, returned to us as undeliverable, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at support@roakewaka.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
